Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Lead Times

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount.  Projectsfurniture.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 (non-oversized items only).  Some items such as furniture and oversize items may require additional shipping and are exempt from this policy.  An overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs may added separately after placing your order. You may also call Projects prior to placing your order to receive a shipping quote.

For orders under $100, shipping cost is:

Up to $49.99                       $6.50
$50.00- $74.99                     $10.00
$75.00- $99.99                     $13.00

We are unable to ship to post office boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are subject to extra shipping charges and will be invoiced separately after order has been placed. You may also contact us to get a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.   Currently, we do not accept international orders. Projectsfurniture.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to shipment or delivery.

Products available for purchase on ProjectsFurniture.com are subject to different lead times, or the estimated number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment.  Lead time and delivery estimates are good faith estimates only, delivery deadlines cannot be guaranteed.  Items are shipped our warehouse, or our partner warehouses in the United States and Europe.  Many of our products stocked in the United States are subject to 2-4 week lead times.  Special order items, items not stocked by Projectsfurniture.com, and items coming from Europe will take longer, please contact our staff with any questions.  We appreciate your understanding and will consistently do our best to assure speedy delivery of your order.

All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt.  Do not accept a shipment with evidence of damage or shortage until the driver endorses a statement of the irregularity on the face of the delivery receipt.  Damage or shortages need to be processed through the delivery company, not ProjectsFurniture.com.

White glove delivery and assembly is available for additional charge.  Please contact sales@projectsfurniture.com for more information.

Projectsfurniture.com reserves the right to cancel any order after it has been placed.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.  Please order carefully and have all of your questions by answered by our sales staff before you place an order.  Due to the custom nature of most of our products, returns are rarely accepted.  In a few limited circumstances, a return may be accepted for store credit only and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns must be authorized by Projectsfurniture.com, by calling 515-557-1833.

During the checkout process, there is a checkbox labeled “I have read and agree with the Projectsfurniture.com return policy.”  By checking this checkbox you are authorizing Projectsfurniture.com to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process under the above stipulations.

Assembly

Projectsfurniture.com is not responsible for assembly of any of our products.  Applicable assembly instructions will be included with your product purchase, or they can be requested by contacting sales@projectsfurniture.com.
